Working as a midwife at babymarkt.de is something special. Eight years ago it was a big step to leave the delivery room, but my curiosity was piqued after talking to the management. The good and very close teamwork across different departments, the growth of the company and the branches, the appreciation of my expertise and of course the exciting tasks at babymarkt.de give me the certainty every day that I have chosen the right path.

When I started as a team assistant in our product management department (the coolest department in the world) at babymarkt.de in 2016, I never would have thought what I would experience within this time. Apart from the almost doubled number of employees and the numerous legendary parties, I have developed both professionally and personally. After my part-time training as a purchasing specialist, I am now a process manager for the entire product management and am lucky enough to be involved in many exciting projects.
