Your talents
- As team leader you take over the strategic and operational management of the French online store roseoubleu.fr.
- You are responsible for the strategic planning and further development incl. turnover and budget responsibility of roseoubleu.fr.
- You take over the leadership and motivation of the team with 10 team members.
- The further development, control and optimization of the marketing channels (SEA, SEO, PSM, newsletter, social and affiliate) is part of your responsibilities.
- You are responsible for performance analysis, creation of statistics and reports (web controlling) as well as competitive intelligence and pricing.
- As an interface, you work closely with the other corporate divisions, such as product management, IT, and logistics.
Your profile
- You have completed your studies in a subject-related field (for example, economics, social sciences, media or communications) with above-average success.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce as well as online marketing, especially in the marketing channels SEA, SEO, mailing and social media.
- You know the French e-commerce market and have already successfully implemented projects and campaigns for France.
- You have already gained experience in successfully leading teams.
- You enjoy analytical thinking and have very good knowledge of common (web) key figures and evaluation criteria.
- You have reliable negotiation skills in French and are fluent in speaking and writing as well as good German knowledge.
