In addition to Germany, we are represented in a total of 13 countries across Europe and in China. We also operate six stores in Germany. With over 500 employees, we regularly achieve an average growth of 30% per year. babymarkt.de has been named the best online shop in the category “baby and toddler equipment” for the sixth time in a row and is one of the “Leading Shops 2021” according to the technology portal CHIP.

In Germany, we are also known as a stationary specialist store for baby and children’s products. We offer our customers a direct point of contact and a more personal buying experience at a total of six locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, on 7,000 m² of retail space.

We are responsible for all national and international online sales. We manage our German shop as well as the 13 other European shops out of our head office located in Bochum.
Our Retail Media division markets all advertising materials and spaces in and around the babymarkt shops. The daily business consists of the acquisition of partners, the creation of new advertising formats with cooperation partners and the implementation of advertising campaigns.
As a tech team, we develop the shop platform behind babymarkt.de, programme our merchandise management system and support our babymarkt team in their daily work with innovative tools.
Our project management regularly develops new growth areas, analyses potential for improvement and optimises customer offers and processes.
We like to move it – We send over 2.0 million parcels across Europe every year.
We manage and analyse babymarkt.de’s treasure of data. Our insights and findings serve as the basis for important decisions within the company.
Our customer service has an answer to every question and finds individual solutions for our customers. They are available six days a week for a total of 68 hours via telephone, live chat & e-mail.
In the finance area, everything revolves around numbers. We take care of bookkeeping, deal with all processes related to customer payments and create evaluations on a wide range of topics.

With around 14 million newborns per year, China is a particularly attractive market for our sector. The main task in our team is to expand the sales volume in the Chinese Mother & Baby online market. Our goal is to become THE German online retailer for young families in China. We focus on products from Germany that are particularly popular amongst our Chinese consumers.
